The YWCA Kids Nature Kamp is a specialized camp that has an environmental education focus but still includes all the fun a summer day camp can offer. Our State licensed program is safe, exciting and run by highly qualified staff. Campers will have the chance to learn and enjoy canoeing, catching frogs, taking hikes, nature crafts, scooping critters, geology, wildlife gardening, netting bugs, survival skills, bird watching and much, much, more.
Each week there is an environmental themed curriculum taught by Naturalists and an exciting related field trip. The following describes the weekly themes. You can register your child for one or more weeks of camp. We also offer before and after camp childcare to accommodate your schedule. To register, please download the registration packet, health form, and immunization form from the sidebar on the left. Please call Sarah Hennegan at (262) 989-2272 with any questions regarding our Kid’s Nature Kamp.
